The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC replaces, since Dicember 29, 2009, the previous Directive 98/37/EC that covered conformity assessment procedures.

It's possible to request Vericert S.r.l. for a Conformity Assessment even for machinery not included in Annex IV of Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Directive 2002/44/EC about Vibrations requires the employers to assess the level of vibration to which are subjected workers and staff assigned to specific equipment, identifying how many vibrations are transmitted to the hand-arm system and to the body.

PED Directive 97/23/EC covers pressure equipments (vessels, boilers, piping, sets...) and provides the essential safety requirements the Manufacturer has to fulfill in order to get the CE Marking on such equipments.

The ATEX Directive 1999/92/EC requires for the employer to take several measures in relation to the the explosive atmospheres on the workplace.

The Lifts Directive 95/16/EC covers new lifts permanently installed in buildings and constructions. It also applies to certain safety components for lifts listed in Annex IV.

The Italian Ministerial Guide of May 27, 2005, with reference to Directive 2001/95/EC on general product safety, defines the procedures to be followed in the construction and mainteinance of playgrounds, rides, sporting or recreational areas.
