In industry there are several pressure systems involved in productive process, from the simple heating system to the more complex reformer for the petrochemical industry, to the production and storage of steam, air, gases or hydrocarbons.
The user needs change according with the system and production type, but we can nonetheless identify areas of intervention, such as:
- CE Marking and CE Certification;
- Periodic tests and verification;
- Qualification of welders;
- Tests and measurements with equipment.

PED Directive 97/23/EC covers pressure equipments (vessels, boilers, piping, sets...) and provides the essential safety requirements the Manufacturer has to fulfill in order to get the CE Marking on such equipments.
